What size is the mat?
11.8 × 15.75 in (30 × 40 cm) laid flat. It fits standard sheet pans and any regular oven. With the corners snapped up it gets a little smaller.
How do the snap corners work?
Each corner has a snap button. Press them together and the edges fold up into a rim that holds the drippings. Open them again and the mat lies flat.
How thick is it?
About 0.7 mm. Thin enough to roll up, firm enough to keep its shape in the oven.
Is it oven-safe? Up to what temperature?
Yes, up to 446°F (230°C). Just don't use it under a direct broiler or over an open flame.
Do I still need parchment or foil?
No. The surface is non-stick, so you don't need parchment, foil or greasing.
How do I clean it?
Let it cool and peel off the baked-on layer. Then rinse it with warm water or put it in the dishwasher. Open the corners first so it dries flat.
Microwave, freezer, air fryer?
It's microwave and freezer safe. In an air fryer oven it works if it fits, so check the size first and leave room for the air to flow.
